How do I register to attend PROSPEX 2020?

To make a booking, please use the 'Book Now' link at the top of PROSPEX 2020 website. This will take you through to our registration system. On selecting your ticket type, you will be asked for your details, before being directed to our PayPal payment portal. Once payment has been successfully made, you will receive an email confirming your booking.

Can I make a group booking?

Yes! When selecting your ticket type, you are able to select as many tickets as needed. At the next stage, you will be able to add each attendees contact information so that they receive the relevant event communications from PESGB.

I need an invoice so my company can pay the registration fees, can PESGB provide one?

For group bookings of 10 or more, PESGB will be able to generate an invoice for payment. Please note that this will incur a small administration charge as per our Registrations Terms & Conditions.

I've registered for the event but haven't received a confirmation email?

Please check your spam/junk folder. If nothing is there please email events@pesgb.org.uk with your details.

How do I access the event?

All registered attendees will be sent a platform access link closer to the event, which will be required as part of the ‘sign-in’ process. Only registered user will be able to sign-in and only one log-in will be possible per verified email address. Further information about our virtual platform can be found under the 'Virtual Platform' tab.

I'm no longer able to attend, can I get a refund?

Cancellation refunds will be issued in line with our registration Terms & Conditions, which can be found in the footer of this page. For any cancellation queries, please email events@pesgb.org.uk.
